Shipping policy
Thank you for your purchase at VELVET GLOW. Here you will find all important information regarding the shipping of your order.
1. Shipping Policy
VELVET GLOW is based in Wollerau (Canton Schwyz). All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from there with great attention to detail, so that your K-Beauty favorites arrive safely and quickly.
2. Delivery Area
We currently deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. International shipping is currently not available.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping (CH & LI): Flat rate CHF 8.50
- Free Shipping: for orders over CHF 59.95
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after order confirmation or payment receipt. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, slight delays may occasionally occur. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on business days are prepared as quickly as possible and handed over to the shipping provider.
6. Shipping Days
- Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For bank transfer payments, shipping will take place after payment has been received.
7. Shipping Provider
We ship exclusively with Swiss Post. Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.
Thanks to climate-friendly shipping, CO₂ emissions are offset whenever possible. Our packaging is made from recycled materials and filling materials are reused whenever possible.
8. Partial Deliveries
In exceptional cases, partial shipments may occur to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Of course, no additional shipping costs will be charged.
9. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal of acceptance, it will be returned to us and treated as a return.
The item value will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.
If the order value falls below CHF 59.95 after the return, the originally waived shipping costs as well as the incurred return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Loss & Transport Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please complete our return form within 48 hours and upload photos of the damaged goods and the packaging.
If your package does not arrive or you do not receive any tracking updates, please contact us at support@velvetglow.ch so that we can initiate an investigation with Swiss Post.
11. Sustainable Shipping
We place great importance on environmentally conscious shipping. Our packaging is recyclable or reusable, and we avoid plastic wherever possible.
12. Currency & Fees
All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs). Payments and refunds are processed exclusively in CHF. For Klarna payments, minor currency conversion differences may occur due to banking processes.
