1Register your return in the portal
Submit your return request through our return portal within 14 days of delivery.

2Manual review
Every request is reviewed by VELVET GLOW first. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.

3Approval & return label
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid Swiss Post return label by email.

4Send the items back on time
Return the products unopened, unused and safely packed within 7 days after approval.

5Warehouse inspection
After arrival, we check the condition of the returned items in line with our return policy.

6Refund / store credit
After approval, the refund is issued or, for gift orders, store credit is provided.
Important: Opened, used or tested skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return label: The prepaid return label costs CHF 8.50 and this amount will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping costs: If the order value falls below CHF 59.95 after the return, the originally waived shipping fee of CHF 8.50 will be deducted when the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Gift returns: Returns from gift orders are refunded exclusively as store credit.
